Responsible back up general administration and office operational works. Assisting the staff with general office duties, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and general coordination.
Compiles and maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Answer and redirect telephone calls.
Responsible for other clerical duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports and data entry via computer.
Sort and deliver incoming mails, arrange for mails to be send out.
Assist Admin Personnel in administrative works related to company business development.
Assist in managing the flow of paperwork and office supplies requests.
Responsible in handle Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order.
Calling for quotations.
Inventory upkeep. Example, pantry inventories, stationaries stocks, photocopier cartridges, praying flowers, contract renewal documentations.
Follow up payments with accounts.
Store room upkeep.
Provide beneficial administrative support to the immediate superior with any general tasks as required.
