Job Scope for Internship Admin Processing (E-commerce) :
Manage the end-to-end order processing for eCommerce orders
Liaise with vendors, internal marketing and operation teams on operation matters, such as product promotion, product margin, order cancellation and delivery
Upload marketing content in e-commerce platform and participate in sales promotion such as payday, double-day and festival sales.
Provide after sales support to customers
Assist in preparing eCommerce related reports.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree of Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge on Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office and basic networking will be added advantages.
Applicants must be in the last semester of study.
Applicants must have good communication skill and customer service.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
