Job Summary We are hiring intern to provide sales and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. What will your role be -To handle day-to-day administration duties -Follow SOP and to ensure all sales documents are complete -Maintain records, documents and files -Maintain office supplies inventory -Assist in sales launches / marketing activities -Any ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time What do you need to have to be successful in this role -Candidate possess Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. - Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. -Knowledge of computer literate -Applicants must be willing to travel and work in Shah Alam, Selangor. -Willing to work on weekend / public holiday -Internship for 3-6 months (starting from December 2023) -Candidate please state your internship period in your application This opportunity does not come often.
