• Diploma/Degree student in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
• Duration: Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)

• Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Support in handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Help in organizing and maintaining company records and databases
• Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and office activities
• Provide general support to office staff and management team
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
