Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain organized filing systems. Assist with document handling.
2. Assists in projects follow up existing potential enquiry. Deals with customers and learns customer service.
3. Assist in managing paperwork and documents. Handle incoming calls and emails. Maintain office supplies. Data Entry and Analysis
4. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients or partners. Use various tools and methods to gather contact information. Create and maintain a database of leads for the sales team.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Update and maintain the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information. Ensure data integrity and track interactions with leads and clients.
6. Project Management:
- Assist in managing and coordinating business development projects. Monitor project timelines and deliverables. Ensure that projects align with the company's strategic goals.
7. Innovation and Creativity:
- Propose new ideas and strategies to improve business development processes. Be open to experimenting with innovative approaches.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
