• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Quantity surveyor skill
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in Sketchup, Autocad or any designing software.
• Sourcing skills and multitasking.
• Fast thinking and action are required.
• Multi-language skills and having a driving license B2 OR D is an advantage.
• Hardworking and learning.

Tanggungjawab

• General clerical tasks, such as drafting documents and answering telephones, as well as administrative jobs, including scheduling and project management, project site visits, filling tender forms or site supervision.
• You will be exposed to multiple scopes of work in Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Assist in managing customer accounts and providing support, solutions and services to our partners and clients.
• 3 or 6 months working with us, will be worth a year working for someone else
• Multi-task by undertaking any other tasks as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
• Willing to travel
• Site supervisor.

We were currently set up a new Office in center Klang area. and site project in sepang.
