You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.In this role you will be responsible for:

• Plan customers\' service appointment and coordinate with service team to create optimal schedule
• Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with service team to ensure no service backlogs
• Analyse service team capacity data for service schedule improvement
• Attend monthly stock take and prepare stock closing reports
• Compile service reports and invoice to customer upon request
• Prepare monthly reports

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in business-related course)
• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
