Collect and analyze market data, and reporting of market data/analyses in a meaningful manner. 3. Assist in preparing proposal presentation and performing market research to find new opportunities 4. Coordinating to create and managing advertising, including ideas such as banner, brochures and catalogs, as well as digital content such as websites and social media posts. 5. Handling customer services, respond to customer inquiry or feedback via WhatsApp, and also build and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers. 6. Undertake other ad-hoc assignments /tasks assigned by the management as and when the needs arise.
