Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation. \xc2\xb7 Ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures \xc2\xb7 Handle day-to day inventory operation, reporting, filing, etc \xc2\xb7 Performs administrative and division support activities. \xc2\xb7 To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution. \xc2\xb7 To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-commerce, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated \xc2\xb7 Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
