Monitor production in-process QA and QC processes to ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with SOP set by Management
Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality assurance testing models of raw materials and finished products.
Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing planning, supplier purchase orders, and engineering specifications to ensure contract compliance.
Assist to develop, document, and audit practices, program quality, and metrics reporting system.
Measure and test lab materials and products according to industry-specific standard procedures
Identify and analyze production line common defect and potential risk, research and provide mitigation.
Develop processes, tools or system to gather, monitor and analyze feedbacks, complaints, risks rejection rates.
To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior
Good at MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, CAD & AppSheet is a plus.
