Requirements
1. Prepare as a Site Supervisor for field work (Construction site)
2. Learn to be a Project Manager
3. Review construction plans
4. Learn to prepare 'Latter Award' to appointed vendors
5. Prepare Project reports.
6. Make quality checks and provide completed projects to customers.
7. Manage appointed vendors for the project.
8. Learn to manage defect work for projects under warranty
9. Learn to manage construction workers
10. Prepare to work outside the "out station" area (Travel throughout peninsular Malaysia) have driving and can drive.
11. Learn to operate construction tools and machines
Responsibilities
1. Make preparations before starting the construction project.
2. Manage and monitor the overall progress of the construction and construction workers well
3. Review the construction plan and Latter Award before the project starts.
4. Report and update for each stage of construction progress until the project is completed.
5. Make quality checks and provide the completed project to the customer.
6. Manage the appointed vendors for the project.
7. Manage defect work for projects under warranty
