Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and well-qualified candidates to join our IT Internship Program and be part of our Software Development Team. This internship offers hands-on exposure and the opportunity to explore and experience a dynamic career in the IT industry.

As an IT Intern at ABS, you will:

Gain hands-on experience in in-house software application development. Be involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including analysis, design, coding, and testing. Raise and track bugs, and follow up on issue resolution until closure. Liaise with the IT Development, Technical, QA teams, and Consultants. Participate in the Company's personal and professional development programs. Assist and support the IT team and other departments in resolving technical issues. Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Team Lead. Have the possibility of full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.

Requirements:

Malaysian student currently in the

final year

of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Strong interest and basic knowledge in programming, particularly in Java, Javascript, JSP, MySQL, and Flutter. Strong aptitude in

Mathematics, Finance, Calculations, and Calculus

Good verbal and written

English communication skills

. Self-motivated, articulate, systematic, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Minimum internship duration of

20 weeks

, subject to university requirements. Willing to work

on-site at MRANTI Park

(formerly Technology Park Malaysia), Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
