Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues with laptops, desktops, and other computer peripherals.
Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
Perform maintenance on computers and other equipment, such as cleaning and dusting.
Provide technical support to customers both in person and over the phone.
Advise customers on hardware and software upgrades or replacements.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in computer hardware and software.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Collaborate with sales staff to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
