Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Capcut, or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially for leadership and professional audiences.
• Basic skills in photography and videography are preferred.

ResponsibilitiesContent Design

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for leadership-focused content across TSG's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube).

Video Editing

• Edit videos for content creation and program highlights, ensuring they are engaging, and professional.

Photography and Videography

• Assist content creators during leadership programs by capturing high-quality photos and videos.
• Ensure all visual assets highlight the program's key moments and align with TSG's brand guidelines.

Content Support

• Coordinate with program coaches and team members to gather campaign content materials and key messages.
