Responsibilities
1. Departmental Support & Project Coordination
Provide direct operational and administrative support to your assigned department (e.g., Marketing, E-commerce, Content Creator, Operation).
Assist in the planning and execution of upcoming company projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Act as a liaison between different internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow during critical campaign periods.
2. Creative & Content Assistance (Based on Assignment)
Support the creation of digital assets, which may include graphic design, video editing, copywriting, or content scheduling, depending on your skillset.
Assist in brainstorming and developing concepts for branding, public engagement, or internal training materials.
Help maintain the consistency and quality of the company's brand image across various media platforms.
3. Event & On-Ground Activation
Participate in the organization and logistics of company events, roadshows, or media briefings.
Provide on-site support during marketing activations to ensure successful event execution.
4. Ad-Hoc Duties
Undertake any other special projects or tasks as assigned by the Management to support the company's launch objectives.
