• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with social media platforms and PR tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of design or video editing tools is a plus.
• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

TanggungjawabDigital Marketing Support:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
• Help create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Research industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for digital growth.

Public Relations Support:

• Assist in drafting media pitches, and communication materials.
• Coordinate with media outlets and maintain a media contact database.
• Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance.
• Help develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists and influencers.

Mass Communication & Content Creation:

• Support social media management, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and growing engagement.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in crafting newsletters and other internal communication materials.

Business Operations & Analytics:

• Collaborate with the business development team on proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Conduct data analysis to measure the effectiveness of digital and PR strategies and recommend improvements.
• Participate in project management tasks to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
