Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web).
Prepare promotional presentations.
Help distribute marketing materials.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems ( RM).
Help organize marketing events.
Ad hoc task as assigned.
Monitor & manage customer queries and orders on the e-commerce platforms
Managing E-Commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee , Social Media & etc )
Upload new products in a timely manner.
Inventory Control and Sync between platforms.
Manage inquiries between Customer care and Ecommerce team.
