Requirements
Passionate about teaching and youth development
Comfortable working with Primary and Secondary school students
High energy, confident, and engaging personality
Proficient in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus!)
Ability to create or co-create educational content & materials
Flexible with schedule (weekday & occasional weekend sessions)
Background in education, , communication, or related field is an advantage
Responsibilities
Deliver and facilitate interactive training programs and workshops
Engage with students in a way that's fun, meaningful, and effective
Assist in developing creative content for training modules
Travel to schools, universities, and event venues to run programs
Coordinate with the internal team for program planning & execution
Participate in training and internal meetings to continuously improve delivery
