- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and tools
- Willing to learn and adapt in a production/engineering environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Assist in production line testing, assembly support, or machine operation learning
- Support engineers in troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement projects
- Prepare technical reports, data analysis, and layout documentation where required
- Participate in routine inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance monitoring
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve process flow and efficiency
- Exposure to real industrial environment and machinery
- Guidance and mentorship from senior engineers
