Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and tools
• Willing to learn and adapt in a production/engineering environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Assist in production line testing, assembly support, or machine operation learning
• Support engineers in troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement projects
• Prepare technical reports, data analysis, and layout documentation where required
• Participate in routine inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance monitoring
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve process flow and efficiency
