• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coffee and a keen interest in the F&B industry.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

ResponsibilitiesEvent Sales Support:

• Assist in identifying and approaching potential event clients.
• Support the preparation of sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
• Follow up with clients and manage inquiries regarding event packages and catering services.

Event Coordination:

• Help plan and execute events, including corporate functions, weddings, and pop-up activations.
• Liaise with the catering team to ensure smooth logistics for each event.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling event setups, including Koppiku's kiosk carts or coffee stations.

Brand Representation:

• Represent Koppiku professionally at events, ensuring the brand's high standards are met.
• Engage with guests to promote Koppiku's products and services.

Operations and Logistics:

• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely setup of coffee catering equipment.
• Maintain inventory of catering supplies and restock as needed.

Market Research and Feedback:

• Gather feedback from event attendees and clients to improve offerings.
• Research market trends in coffee catering and events to identify new opportunities.
• Perform any ad-hoc from superior/ management
