Education & Experience

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities
As a Finance intern, you will assist the Executive Account Payable & Account Receivable. You are able to help out to check that there is no pass by virtue of making payments to the concerned gatherings, keeps up with clients' records, helping raises bills on the client, helping to check that all assortments are acknowledged occasionally.Assist in tracking account details for non-payments, delayed payments or other irregularities
  • To assist reconcile customer accounts and discrepancies
  • To assist resolve invoicing disputes
  • Adhere to company credit and collection standards and policies
  • Ad-hoc AR, invoice and customer related enquiries or reporting requests
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales and customer
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
