Kelayakan

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic sports and event-based environment.

Tanggungjawab
Daily Accounting & Finance Support

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Support in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claim processing.
• Help verify and update supplier invoices and reconcile statements of accounts.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitoring of petty cash.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Sports Arena & Event Finance Tasks

• Support the finance team in tracking cash sales, booking rental, and rental payments.
• Help coordinate with event and operations teams on payment tracking for vendors, sponsors, and clients.
• Participate in budget monitoring for ongoing events.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and cash flow summaries.
• Participate in updating Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis and reconciliation tracking.

Administrative & Compliance Support

• Help prepare supporting documents for audit, tax filing, and compliance purposes.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and banks for basic finance-related matters when required.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling all financial information.

Manfaat

• Duration: 3-6 months (depending on academic requirement)
• Allowance: RM600 -RM800 per month
