Knowledge in Microsoft Office and design software; Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Adobe Acrobat Pro are required and knowledge in After Effect, Adobe Premier Pro and basic video editing are added advantage.
Knowledge in basic graphic fundamentals, layouts, sizing, typography are added advantage.
Must be independent and is able to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
Creative, detailed with good sense of design.
Good negotiation skills to continuously source for price comparisons across vendors to ensure costs effectiveness.
Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management.
Willing to travel outstation.
Responsibilities
To creatively design all marketing materials, communication collaterals or creative contents for marketing usage purposes creatively for the brand and the company within the required deadlines.
Creative contents would include electronic formats such as videos, e-direct mailers, digital in-store graphic artwork, gifs and etc.
Responsible to ensure all graphic artworks are adapted according to brand guidelines.
To coordinate on poster changes seasonally or by campaign across all stores nationwide, ensure all posters and collaterals are updated, including in-store digital signages.
Sourcing of premiums or products relevant to brand for its marketing campaigns.
Packing, sorting and arrangement for delivery of marketing communication materials (eg POSMs) for distribution.
Documentation but not limited to preparation of purchase orders, invoicing and filing to safekeep internal documents.
