In this role, you and a few other team members will be involved in the day-to-day operation of handling guests across the enquiry, check-in and post-check out stage. Your aim is to leave guest with a good experience upon them ending their stay at Bluebird. IT will be a fun and eye-opening experience. At the end of your internship, you will enhance your problem solving, communication and negotiation skills - all of which will serve you well in your next step of your career.

  • Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Mandarin communicator required
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • Responsible and demonstrate good EQ when dealing with customer
  • Provide polite and professional working attitude
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skill will be a bonus
  • Have basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel
  • A background in Hotel Management/Mass Comm/Psychology is preferred
Tanggungjawab
  • Ensure accurate and efficient running of check-in/out process via online and offline bookings
  • Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage, record and resolve promptly on guest needs and requests
  • Assist with daily reservation process and update guests' details on revenue sheet in Excel for confirmed bookings
  • Liaise with technicians, cleaners or other parties to solve any issues encountered by guests during their stay
  • Follow up with guest post check-out to ensure pleasant experience and encourage returning guests
Manfaat
  • A bonus allowance ranging from RM100 to 300 will be given on top of the Base Salary depending on few key evaluation criteria: i. ability to work as a team; ii. monthly revenue and occupancy; iii. guest satisfaction.
  • Able to Work from home and travelling to site is Not Required
  • Personalized feedback upon end of internship outlining strength and weaknesses
  • Free accommodation provided for interns who are travelling to work in KL from other states (T&C applies)
