Requirements
2 Internship Programs available
(1) Online Marketing
As an Internship for Online Marketing, you will:
Assist in KOL seeding activities at social media platforms, identifying and researching suitable KOLs for product seeding.
Coordinate with KOLs and influencers when necessary.
Assist with the creation and management of social media content and activities.
Perform additional tasks and duties as required to support the marketing department.
Requirements:
You are pursuing Diploma/Degree study in Marketing, or equivalent.
Possess a strong desire to learn and improve your skills.
Creative mindset and responsible.
Familiar with social media platforms (eg. Tiktok, RED(XHS), Facebook, Instagram).
Good communication skill.
(2) HR & Admin
As an Internship for HR & Admin, you will:
Front desk handling.
Verification on staff attendance.
Summarization of overtime claim.
Staff reimbursement claims on expenses.
Office Maintenance.
Requirements:
You are pursuing Diploma/Degree study in Business or equivalent.
Initiative to detect the problem and propose solutions.
High attention to small details.
Good communication skill.
(3) E Commerce
As an Internship for E Commerce, you will:
Assist in managing online product listings.
Support daily order processing and customer inquiries.
Monitor platform performance and prepare reports.
Perform additional tasks and duties as required to support the E Commerce team.
Requirements:
You are pursuing Diploma/Degree study in Business or equivalent.
Initiative to detect the problem and propose solutions.
High attention to small details.
Familiar with e commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm / 9am-6pm)
Location: Rivercity, Kuala Lumpur (Jalan Ipoh)
Convenient location (in front of MRT station - Putrajaya Line)
Commencement date: Online Marketing - January 2026
HR & Admin / E Commerce - December 2025 / January 2026
