Take the first step to an amazing career in Human Resources by joining Yee Lee as a HR Intern!This internship aims to provide students with an opportunity to work with Yee Lee HR team and gain understanding of multiple industries across different entities within the Group.Duration: Preferably 4 months and above (minimum internship must be 3 months / 12 weeks)Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn about various HR functions.
• Added advantage to someone that can communicate and write in Mandarin

Job Type: Internship Contract length: 4 monthsPay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide support in recruitment activities, including job posting, initial candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist in onboarding procedures for new hires, including documentation and orientation programs.
• Aid in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and handling inquiries.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, helping to organize events or activities.
• Collaborate on HR projects, conducting research or data analysis as required.
• Participate in learning and development initiatives, assisting in training logistics and materials preparation.
• Handle any required ad-hoc tasks given by superiors.
