Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
• Able to communciate in Mandarin and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and support initial candidate outreach by cold-calling/messaging
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for TA members
• Help manage applicant tracker and ensure accurate data entry
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding activities
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings
• Provide administrative support to the TA team as needed
