• Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Possesses basic computer skills and is able to adapt to a small growing business environment.
• Support strong teamwork, good communication, and a happy work environment.
• Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
• Minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Familiar in using Google (Email, Doc, Sheet)

• Assist day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• To support employee engagement and branding activities
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Updating the in-company data with new staff information like personal details and employment-related documents.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, punctuality, etc) according to policy
• Assist HR Manager and HR Personnel on ad hoc assignments
• Meet the above requirements, and able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9 am until 6 pm
