• Currently pursuing Bachelor/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Studies/Administration, Psychology or any other relevant field.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be pro-active, take initiative and willing to take responsibilities
• Good English language proficiency.
• Able to read/write in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resource Planning: You\'ll be involved in the strategic planning of our workforce to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
• Personnel Selection: You will assist in the selection process, helping to identify and recruit top talent for our organization.
• Human Resource Recruitment and Training: Your role will also involve recruiting new personnel and coordinating their training and development.
• Orientation for New Employees: You\'ll play a crucial role in welcoming and orienting new team members to ensure a smooth transition into our organization.
• Staff Attendance Management: You will oversee staff attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Payroll Preparation: Your responsibilities will extend to preparing and managing payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our employees.
• Human Resource Policy Management: You\'ll be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of human resource policies, ensuring a fair and consistent work environment
