an intern student to carry out
Human Resource
functions at our operational support office at Melaka.

Your Responsibilities
Manage engagement programs and HRIS system administration.
Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and coordinating interview arrangement.
Supporting HRDC-related functions, including claim preparation and submission.
Check and verify employee attendance records.
Perform general HR administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying.
Collaborate on ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
Aid in organizing and maintaining HR-related files and records.
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 months
training with the Company, preferably those who can start in
February 2026.
Willing to work at Melaka Raya
