During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Support HR team in daily operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping.
Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support in implementing and monitoring HR processes and policies in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
Supports the Regional HR team on initiatives and projects/activities.
Coordinate intern programs and support training initiatives.
Assist in system administration tasks such as user account management.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Provide data analysis and reports.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Requirements with minimum 4 months period of internship
Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills, Result oriented, decision-making competence, aptitude for planning and organization, communication skills, team player, interpersonal skill.
Possess strong honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
