Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum internship commitment of 3 months. Basic understanding of HR functions is an advantage. Good organisational and time management skills. Able to follow instructions accurately and meet deadlines. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. Good attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle routine tasks responsibly. Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information. Tanggungjawab HR Operations & Administration Assist in compiling HR documents within the deadline as and when required. Track and follow up on HR-related requests (e.g. document submissions). Maintain and organise HR records, both softcopy and hardcopy, in an orderly manner. Assist in attendance checking Support onboarding/offboarding activities (document checklist, orientation coordination). Assist to prepare report and data consolidation as and when required. Training & Coordination Assist in coordinating training requests (e.g., registration, claim). Maintain training records and compile simple reports when required. Liaise with training providers on logistics. HR Projects & Support Assist with HR projects such as policy updates, data compilation, audits, or employee communications. Provide general administrative support to the HRA team as needed. Support day-to-day HRA operations to ensure timelines are met. Important Note The intern will not handle payroll processing, salary data, statutory submissions, or confidential compensation information. Manfaat
