Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment tasks such as job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding activities including document preparation, new hire orientation, and employee data updates.
• Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking LHDN stamping for employment contracts and related documents.
• Maintain and organize Human Resources records, employee files, and internal databases.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
• Prepare Human Resources letters, forms, and other documents when needed.
• Support training coordination, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and materials preparation.
• Handle general Human Resources administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and basic reporting.
• Participate in Human Resources-related projects or initiatives as assigned.
