1. Human resources interns provide support in all the processes and efforts carried by human resources managers. 2. They help in the preparation of recruitment processes by scanning CVs and narrowing the selection to the most suitable candidates. 3. They perform administrative tasks, prepare communications and letters, and perform the tabulation of the surveys and assessments carried out by the department. 4. Responsible for the preparation, communication, organisation, and writing meeting minutes for daily meetings. 5. They assist in organising various employee activities and administrative affairs such as vehicle management and document management. 6. Responsible for foreign workers recruitment and selection. Closely monitor the foreign workers regarding their work permit and disciplinary issues and arranging foreign workers on board and on job training. 7. Function which included the foreign workers monthly attendance and payroll verification. Responsible for foreign workers Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) application and replacement. 8. Ensure foreign workers management policy communicate on timely manner to all foreign workers. 9. Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time. Job requirement: 1. Education Background: Diploma/Degree holder in Business studies/ Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. 2. Professional Knowledge and Skills: With HR knowledge on managing foreign workers. 3. Others: Proactive, self-motivation and able to work under pressure.
A robust Industrialised Building System (IBS) industry is being set up to support the Forest City development in Johor to ensure the multi-billion ringgit project is completed faster while providing thousands of jobs for locals. \xe2\x80\x9cIBS is all about prefabrication that can speed up construction and the quality is assured. The first phase of the IBS factory will start production soon and expect it will not be enough. Our company will embark on Phase Two of the IBS plant. Incorporating technology from Germany, Italy and China, the IBS facility would comprise four factories and they would be the biggest in the world when fully completed. Initially, (production) will be just for Forest City. But in the future, if there is demand elsewhere, for example, for affordable houses, deals can be set up.
