Job Description
- Review job card and discuss work with job controller if the job description is not clearly stated.
- Followed checklists to ensure all critical parts are inspected according to vehicle\'s mileage & conditions
- Perform scheduled preventive/service maintenance.
- Ensure customer vehicle exterior/interior conditions at workbay area before servicing and repair work
- Recommend additional wear and tear parts and submit quotation to job controller/SA for customer approval, avoid on second quotation.
- Perform scheduled preventive/service maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repair work and recall work.
- To complete all repair jobs stated in the job card e\xef\xac\x83ciently base on standard man hour
- Ensure to engage Foreman for QC/test drive after servicing & repair job done
- To provide good quality workmanship in order to meet service standard requirement
- Ensure workshop adheres to local workplace safety and health regulation (control tra\xef\xac\x83c).
