JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System & Software Support

- Help gather and understand user requirements.

- Assist in system analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Support documentation for functional and technical specs.

- Provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance checks.

2. Project Support

- Assist in ensuring tasks are completed within timeline.

- Help coordinate with users, project teams, and vendors.

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare simple activity reports.

- Ensure documents and user sign-offs are filed properly.

4. Process & Quality Support

- Follow development processes and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with IT standards and licensing rules.

5. Learning & Development

- Stay updated with new technologies.

- Join team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.

6. Other Ad-Hoc Tasks

- Support any IT-related tasks assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Basic understanding of C#, Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET, ReactJS.

MUST

be Familiar with C#, MSSQL/MySQL.

- Basic knowledge of SDLC, UI/UX, and web technologies.

- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
