Job Description
1. IT Support & Helpdesk
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Provide technical support to employees or customers. Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Maintain documentation for IT processes and solutions.
2. Networking & Systems Administration
Help in setting up and maintaining networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Soft Skills & Learning Outcomes
Problem-solving and analytical skills. Team collaboration and communication. Time management and adaptability. Gaining hands-on industry experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
