To assist with basic troubleshooting of PC/laptops. Knowledge in MacOS would be an added advantage.
Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
Assembly of PC/laptops/video conferencing system/interactive whiteboard, installing/upgrading parts.
Setup/reformat operating system on existing/new PC/laptop.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated.
Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
