You must be a final year/semester student currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in:
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and software (like MS Office).
Familiarity with basic networking concepts is a plus.
A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong desire to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to work full-time at our office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Tanggungjawab Key Responsibilities
Provide daily technical support to end-users (our staff) for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Troubleshoot problems with computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers and user accounts.
Help resolve basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN).
Assist in maintaining and updating our IT asset management system (tracking laptops, software licenses, etc.).
Support the IT team with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
