Job Description
:
In this role you will be responsible for:
System Administration and User Support
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting system and network issues, and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Manage IT assets & inventory.
- Manage day-to-day end user IT support.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Basic knowledge in the following is required
- Windows 10 & 11 operating system
- Microsoft Office product suites
- Computer setup, troubleshooting & formatting
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Team player who is able to work independently
- Monthly allowance
- Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work performance)
