What You'll Do
Assist in day-to-day technical support for staff (hardware, software, network issues)
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT problems under guidance
Support IT team in system setup, maintenance, and inventory updates
Help manage user accounts, devices, and basic network configurations
Document common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency
Learn, practice, troubleshoot, (sometimes break things)... and learn again!
