Requirements

• Intern period start from March 2026
• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting, Windows/Mac systems, or networking
• Strong communication skills and willingness to help users
• Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions
• A positive team player who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement

What You'll Do
Assist in day-to-day technical support for staff (hardware, software, network issues)
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT problems under guidance
Support IT team in system setup, maintenance, and inventory updates
Help manage user accounts, devices, and basic network configurations
Document common issues and solutions to improve support efficiency
Learn, practice, troubleshoot, (sometimes break things)... and learn again!
