Job Description

• Fresh graduate and experience applicant are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Possess a Diploma / Degree / Other qualifications in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Telecommunication / Software Engineering / Networking, or any other related qualifications.
• Possess own transport (motorbike / car).
• Ability to work off-hours as needed / required
• Experience with installation, configuring and troubleshooting wireless technologies.
• Understand and able to interpret technical terms
• Strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints
• Excellent customer service skills including direct interaction with users, assertiveness and perseverance to follow issues to closure
• Able to work well independently, as well as within teams as required

• To provide on-site servicing including driver / hardware installation for printer / photocopier
• Photocopier troubleshooting (replacement of drum, blade, toner & other potential issues) & rectify the major OEM printers
• In-house maintenance (printer / photocopier reconditioned)
• To provide direct technical support for desktop, laptop, printer and other IT hardware accordance to requirements and SLA
• Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs, and performs testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, and computer network systems
• Completes work orders such as installing, connecting and moving equipment
• Experience with installation, configuring and troubleshooting wireless technologies
• Manage asset tracking for hardware and software inventory
• Install and support authorized software
• Preferably equipped with prior experience in Hewlette-Packard (HP) printer / hardware repairs and maintenance
