• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, ANY FIELD.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required language(s): Command of English.
• The consultant should be someone who is confident, good in attitude, good in communication and loves to communicate & interact with people across all levels.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Molek.
• Internship applicants are encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Developing a good understanding of client companies - their industry, what they do, their work culture and their environment.
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines).
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the client\'s requirements.
• Reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Preparing profiles to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
• Negotiating salary packages between clients and candidates.
• Offering consultation advice to both clients and candidates regarding salary levels, training & development, and career opportunities.
• Participating in Career Fairs/exhibitions/Career Booths at Universities/Colleges with CareerMaster Team.
