Kelayakan

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in interior design, renovation, or construction projects (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, costing, and measurement methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX or similar).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in preparing quotation, cost estimation, and budget analysis for new projects.
• Support in measurement and take-off from drawings and plans.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and contract documents.
• Evaluate and compare supplier, subcontractor, and material quotations.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and assist in cost control.
• Assist in monitoring project expenses and identifying potential cost savings.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all project-related documents.
• Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and accurate cost reporting.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
