Job Responsibility Assist contract manager in accurately measuring and quantifying materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects. Participate in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate cost projections. Assist and support the tendering process by helping to prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules. Assist in the evaluation of bids and proposals. Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders. Keep track of project costs, variations, and progress. Work closely with architects, engineers, sub contractors, and other project team members to ensure efficient project delivery. Job Requirements We, Eng Lee Development Sdn Bhd, a G7 contractor are looking to offer an internship for student studying Diplome/Degree in Quantity Survorying/ Construction Management or related to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our success. Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent mathematical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
