As an Intern in our Operation/Billing/Customer Services, you are able to learn: The process of the respective team, following with \'What is the product nature\' \'How to place booking/shipment\' \'What is the challenging aspect of the industry.\' To be part of the mentioned team, you will be exposed to specialized scope such as learning how to bill/invoice customers accurately and on timely manner. For operation/supply chain, you be exposed to areas such as learning how to service your client needs/expectation, accuracy of your documentation, etc. To achieve the learning outcome, you are expected to take the challenge as below: How it is to provide \'Total Service\' experience to our valued customers. Attending and response all enquiries via emails/written correspondences pertaining to shipment status, documentation or billing. Being able to attend all queries is important. Take part in the daily planning of the operations under supervision. Learning \'How-To\' communicate with internal & external stakeholder on tasks status. To ensure that any other tasks related duties given is completed within the specified timeline. Internship qualification require: At least Diploma and/or bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Transportation or any equivalent academic background. Candidate must be skillful in communicating with stakeholders. It will be added advantage for those who speak and writes fluent English as the position requires to communicate with stakeholders. Individual to be proactive, learning enthusiasm and independent. Able to commit at most 6-months internship from April 2023 and to be based at Subang Jaya (HQ Office) We welcome student who commence internship in April 2023 onwards.
