Logistic Administration:

Order Management: Oversee the processing and fulfillment of orders, including
tracking shipments and managing inventory levels.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation and distribution activities,
ensuring timely delivery of goods and adherence to logistical plans.

Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and third-party service
providers to ensure service levels meet company standards and resolve any issues that

arise.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, inventory, and
compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and
forecasting to prevent shortages or excesses.

Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify trends, improve processes, and
support decision-making related to supply chain management.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory
discrepancies, and customer complaints.

Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, industry
standards, and legal regulations.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, including
key metrics and areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM400.00 - RM700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
