:This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Industrial Project Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Industrial Project.
- Provide support for Transportation and logistics arrangements.
- Provide support for current cross border shipment for DGP IP Client
- Create job number for each shipment from CW1 systems.
- Maintain 100% compliance of in country and overseas regulatory requirements.
- Update trucking optimization report on daily basis
- Ability to work independently with good discipline and positive work attitude.
- Build positive relationship with customers and vendors.
- Follow all company\xe2\x80\x99s procedure and reporting protocol.
- Work closely with internal Customer Service team / Transporter / Customer /Logistics and end user to update shipment progress.
- Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
- It will be added advantage if you have previous experience dealing with customers.
- Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- This internship location is at Subang Jaya, USJ 25.
